Tax reports for people who host

Your booking exports. The right tax logic for their country.

Tax for Hosts is an independent third party and is not endorsed by or associated with Airbnb, Inc. or Booking.com B.V.

Pricing follows properties and tax years — never platforms or reservation count.

Country rule packs

Built country by country — not with one generic formula.

Every jurisdiction gets its own inputs, deduction rules, tax-year version and filing map.

Simple, platform-agnostic pricing

Pay for properties and tax years — not reservations.

Airbnb, Booking.com or both cost the same. Each extra year is bundled below the repeated annual price, while portfolios of five or more properties use the accountant / bulk route.

From platform export to filing trail

Three layers make the number defensible.

01

Reconcile the CSV

Reservations, refunds, platform fees and payouts are classified without counting cash movement twice.

02

Apply the local rules

The engine compares available relief routes and keeps country and tax-year logic in a versioned rule pack.

03

Create the evidence trail

The report carries property schedules, source reconciliation, deduction checks and filing-field guidance.

Private by design

The original booking file does not need to become our database.

Your CSV is parsed locally. Server verification receives a structured tax ledger without guest names, booking references or status text. It still includes the property and tax inputs needed to recompute the report.

Cookieless Plausible analytics runs automatically and can be turned off in Privacy settings. Google Ads measurement and chat require your separate choices. CSV contents, guest details and report figures are never sent to measurement providers. Read our privacy notice.

  • Server-side recomputation before PDF generation
  • Input hash and rule-pack version recorded in the report
  • Country and tax-year rule packs stay versioned as coverage expands

Enable Chat in Privacy settings, then click to load Crisp. Do not send CSV files, guest data or tax documents in chat.
